Yin Yoga

Yin Yoga is a slow, quiet and deeply nourishing practice of long held
shapes and stretches. Poses are held for time, encouraging a progressive
but still gentle stretch of connective tissues. This aids deep relaxation,
rehydration of tissues and deep release.

Props like bolsters, pillows, cushions and foam blocks are used for
support. Classes are designed with a blend of gentle movement, breathwork,
restorative Yin poses and guided relaxation.
