Dr Aidan Koukach

Osteopath

B.Sc (Osteopathy); M.H.Sc (Osteopathy)

Aidan Graduated from Victoria University with a Bachelor of Science (Osteopathy) and a Master of Health Science (Osteopathy).
His interest in osteopathy developed because of his curiosity of how the human body works and his passion for helping others. Being involved with various sports throughout his life, Aidan was well versed in the rehabilitative process.

He enjoys treating a wide variety of conditions employing a holistic approach to his management approach. He ensures that the different aspects of a patient’s health are considered, not only the site of the injury itself.

Aidan has a special interest in exercise rehabilitation and improving athlete performance. He also has an interest in working with people with disabilities and the vulnerable population.

Working as a sports trainer at Therry Penola FC and Westmeadows FC. Notably, he also undertook an internship with the Women’s A-League team at Western United FC. During this time, he gained an insight into acute and chronic injury management in elite as well as amateur athletes in various sports.

Aidan also has worked in aged care, assisting residents with manual therapy and rehabilitation.

He has also taught at Victoria University, teaching biomedical science and osteopathic medicine students anatomy and physiology.

Aidan is excited to be a part of the team at Altona Meadows Osteopathy & Healthcare Clinic and help people in the local community.
